In the rare event that items have been damaged in transit, please contact Customer support here 

Please provide Customer Support with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged items and any barcodes if you still have the packaging (these can be attached to your ticket via the Help Beacon in the bottom right of our homepage, or emailed directly to us here)
  • If you are not contacting us from the email address on your account, please also provide the full delivery address including post code
