Your MuscleFood goods will arrive with a minimum of 3 days on the use by date. 

But, if you are planning on consuming any of your items after this time, please check the product packaging for instructions on how to freeze them to ensure freshness. 

Our prepped meals can be cooked either chilled or frozen.

All expiry dates are found on the packaging.
