Problem with the websiteUpdated 7 months ago
If you're having trouble with the website, we suggest that you try the following as a first course of action:
1. Delete your cookies and clear cache
You may need to delete your cookies and clear your cache. A cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us (for more information about cookies, see our privacy policy here).
The 'cache' is a tool used by your internet browser to speed up the page loading process. However, sometimes it can cause a problem when websites are updated and developed as files saved in the cache may conflict with what's actually coded into the website.
On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’.
We advise you clear the cache from the start, rather from a select period of time.
2. Browse using an incognito / private window
This will let you browse without using any stored cache on your browser and can be found in most browsers settings or tools menu.
3. Restart your browser
Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.
4. Update your operating system
We also suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, Mac OSX etc.
5. Contact Us
