In the rare event that items have been damaged in transit, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team who will be happy to assist you.

Please provide Customer Support with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged items (these can be attached to your ticket via the Help Beacon in the bottom right of this page)
