We will send you an email to let you know once your order has started its journey. There you'll find a tracking link so you can see where your order is in transit.

For the best tracking experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app, where you can follow your box right up to your door.

Whilst you're there, you can update your delivery instructions and even leave a photo of your safe space so your driver knows exactly where to pop your box to keep it safe and sound ready for your return.

And remember, our temperature controlled boxes will keep your good fresh up to 9pm!
