Here at MuscleFood we believe that your subscription should be flexible to fit around your life. That's why there are lots of things you can update and change when they make sense for you.

Any changes need to be made 48 hours before your delivery date for them to affect your next order. After this, any changes will be made to the following order instead. We'll pop you an SMS 3 days before the cut off point with a reminder to make any changes.
